The Alphabet Game

Starting with the letter 'A' you need to spot a sign, building name, poster etc. which starts with the letter you're looking for. Only one person can use the letter in question, so if you're heading to Brittany and you're the first to spot the road sign for 'Quimper' it's your 'Q' and no one else can use it. The first person to reach 'Z' is the winner.

To avoid arguments, it's best if each side of the car takes a different side of the road to find their letters on, and notes them down on a piece of paper as they go.

A variation on this game is to spot car number plates containing the letters you're searching for.
